Not very friendly. Didn't know what a DSP was. Small independent company only owner and one installer. Call first and get on their schedule. They book out weeks in advance.

Recently just had a new aftermarket radio installed in my 2014 dodge challenger, customer service was amazing as well as the waiting room. These guys got the job done very quick without any problems and was surely worth every dollar I paid!!!

Very good service and professional atmosphere from staff, I brought my Civic in to get a remote start upgrade at 9am done and they had it ready by 115 much sooner than I had thought, would highly recommend this to anyone needing any accessory upgrades.

Been meaning to write this review for a while. They did a great job installing my sound system and were able to give me a few option of what to install. On 2 separate occasions there were issues where my subs stopped working. They were happy to replace the faulty equipment and did not charge me anything for the additional work. It’s been about 1 1/2 years and my system is still running strong. Thanks for the great support.
